A calm oasis when you want to escape the city centre. Huge range of plants. Don't miss the greenhouse and the butterfly house. Pleasant café. Full review by IanMcD76

Very com0act area, part under renovation. The butterfly house and the palms were nice, as well as the plant predators. My wife enjoyed but it was less than expected Full review by fabdog

We had very high expectations and so initially we had a bit of disappointment. It's made in a very small area and so sprawling gardens were missing there. But then it had amazing varieties of plants … Full review by Mamta S

Q:
Hi, is there any ticket required to enter this garden ? If so there is any skip the queue tickets available on any website ?
A:
You pay at the door but a Q is unlikely. It was quiet when we visited.
Q:
Hello, thanks for your info, tell me did you see any tulips there in July? Thanks in advance!!
A:
I went in March. But you are unlikely to see tulips in July. The main season for tulips is March to May. Hope this helps.

Q:
Do they have tulips in May

Perhaps a dozen or so late blooming tulip varieties were in planters (think buckets) along a short walkway, not the fields of plantings that are famously in the vicinity of Keukenhof. My visit to Hortus Botanicus was the last week of April. Early May tulips are possible, but any later would likely show fewer varieties is my guess.
Q:
Is there a washroom and is it free?
A:
Yes once you are inside the garden, there are toilets. There are not other establishments immediately adjacent to the garden though it is not far from shopping areas
