After more than a decade with the program, Miami Hurricanes men's basketball coach Jim Larrañaga is reportedly stepping down. Larrañaga joined the staff at Miami in 2011 and was the head coach for more than a dozen years.

Jim Larrañaga is reportedly stepping down as the Miami Hurricanes' men’s basketball coach effective immediately.

Associate head coach Bill Courtney will take over for the rest of the season. “I’m exhausted,” Larrañaga says. “I’ve tried every which way to keep this going.”
