A 49-year-old man suspected of stabbing his own father to death in Hartford was set to face a judge on Monday.

Raybin Hokim, 49. was expected to be arraigned Monday in the killing of his father, Vincent Hokim, 78, of Middletown, outside a Hartford motel on Saturday.

A Connecticut man fatally stabbed his father in a fight in a parked car at a Hartford motel, police said. Raybin Hokim, 49, was detained shortly after stepping out of the vehicle Saturday morning, the Hartford Courant reported. His father, 78-year-old Vincent Hokim, was identified as the victim.
