Dallas Mavericks guard Klay Thompson made the most out of his second trip back to the Bay Area, scoring 29 points, and knocking down seven 3-pointers, in a 143-133 victory over the Golden State Warriors on Sunday night at Chase Center in San Francisco.

The Dallas Mavericks just lost the cornerstone of their organization, Luka Doncic, for at least a month with a calf strain. This would bring Doncic back into the equation roughly two weeks before the trade deadline at the earliest.
