The latest update states that Baby John has collected ₹ 28.51 crore in its first five days. Baby John collected ₹ 11.25 crore on its first day of release and saw a sharp day from day two, barely picking up in the subsequent days. The report states that the Varun Dhawan-starrer had 16.76 per cent Hindi Occupancy on its first Sunday.

Varun Dhawan-starrer Baby John is an official remake from the 2016 Tamil blockbuster Theri, which was headlined by Thalapathy Vijay.

Baby John’s box office collection is underwhelming, with ₹4.25 crore on day four and a total of ₹23.90 crore. The film, made on a ₹160 crore budget, is projected to earn less than ₹60 crore, marking a potential box office failure.

Baby John, featuring Varun Dhawan, has struggled at the box office since its Christmas release, facing stiff competition from the Malayalam film Marco. Marco, praised for its intense violence, is replacing Baby John in North India.

After witnessing a consistent decline in its collection, Varun Dhawan’s Baby John saw a slight jump in its box office performance on Saturday. According to Sacnilk, the film raked in Rs 4.25 crore, bringing its total domestic collection to Rs 23.

Interestingly, Baby John featured Varun Dhawan in the role of a cop and was seen romancing Keerthy Suresh for the first time on the big screen. On the other hand, Jackie Shroff's performance as a menacing antagonist also grabbed eyeballs.

Baby John, starring Varun Dhawan, has crossed Rs 20 crore at the domestic box office, despite facing competition from Pushpa 2 and Mufasa: The Lion King. The film's performances have been affected by reports of show cancellations and replacements by Unni Mukundan's Marco which has seen significant box office success with strong occupancy.
