It remains to be seen whether Wilder and Ngannou do sign to fight one another. Although 'The Predator' bounced back well in his MMA comeback last month, his most recent trip to the squared circle saw him get blitzed by Anthony Joshua inside two rounds.

Deontay Wilder is open to lacing up the gloves against Francis Ngannou next. Wilder is currently rehabbing arm and shoulder injuries, which he suffered in back-to-back losses to Joseph Parker and most recently Zhilei Zhang by TKO in June.

Deontay Wilder is keen to reignite his fight talks with Francis Ngannou but isn't interested in talking trash to make it happen. A crossover fight between the two knockout artists seemed to be off the table,

Yeah we’re still going.” Deontay Wilder stated in the interview, opening up on his plans to resume his boxing career. “We’re still here, just getting things together… Francis [Ngannou], I’m sorry for your loss.
