Baltimore County Police announced the arrest of two 19-year-olds for being in possession of a ghost gun. It stems from a shooting that happened on December 18th, where reports of at least 20 shots being fired, on Wycombe Way. 19-year-old Kordell Clark and 19-year-old Louis Nolan are being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
