Manchester United are not in concrete talks to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen in January, despite reports linking the Red Devils with a move for the 25-year-old in early 2025, Fabrizio Romano has revealed in his exclusive GIVEMESPORT newsletter.

Victor Osimhen turned down a transfer to Manchester United in 2020 because he had "too much respect" for one of the club's first-team players. The 25-year-old striker, who became the most expensive African player ever in the summer of 2020, when he joined Napoli from Ligue 1 side Lille, has been linked with a move to United in recent days.
