Line Fire initially started 6:33 p.m. Sep. 5 in San Bernardino County. It has burned 39,232 acres after being active for 15 days. A crew of 3,257 firefighters has been working on site and they managed to contain 53% of the fire as of Friday morning. The fire is suspected to have been started deliberately.

Cal Fire said about four structures were damaged and one was destroyed based on the damage assessments so far.

Firefighters continue to gain ground in their fight against the 39,111-acre Line Fire, which reached 49% containment Tuesday morning.

Bridge Fire initially started 2:12 p.m. Sep. 8 in Los Angeles, San Bernardino County. After being active for 11 days, it has burned 54,795 acres. A fire crew of 1,850 succeeded in containing 53% of the fire by Thursday evening. Investigations into its cause are still ongoing.
