Kia issued a recall for over 20,000 vehicles due to a single plant assembly worker allegedly forgetting integral mounting bolts.

Kia is recalling 22,883 EV9s because their second- and third-row seats might not be bolted down. That’s a surprising and serious safety issue, but less than 1% of the population is expected to have missing bolts.
