The Pittsburgh Steelers have found themselves in the midst of a three-game losing streak that has seen them look listless on the field. Both sides of the ball have struggled, with the offense and defense both unable to create as they had earlier in the year.

It did indeed. The Steelers offense was held back by poor play from quarterback Russell Wilson and far too many unforced errors by the offensive line. On defense the news was no better with Chiefs players running wide open in the passing game and quarterback Patrick Mahomes with far too much time to make plays.

Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin has another excuse for his mercurial star WR, George Pickens, but this one is quite foreboding for QB Russell Wilson and his future in Pittsburgh.

Coach Mike Tomlin offered a very Tomlin-esque quote during Monday's press conference regarding the Steelers' recent struggles. "We want to get the stench of the last game off of us," Tomlin said. The last game Tomlin is referencing is the 29–10 loss to the Chiefs on Christmas Day.
